We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, components, and accessories, where applicable. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Oben is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@obenform.com within 5 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage to the shipping box, if applicable.
Please retain the item and all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Items that have been used, assembled, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery

For products that are not eligible for return once opened, this restriction will be indicated on the applicable product page where appropriate.
These exclusions do not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us at info@obenform.com within 5 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Sale Items
All sale, discounted, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes products purchased at a reduced price, whether through a sale, markdown, or other product-specific discount.
This restriction does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as required by applicable law.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with any tags and original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@obenform.com.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
